Gift Cards
Terms and conditions as set out by Slay All Day for Gift card purchase, redemption and retention.
1. Gift Cards and can be redeemed for all Slay All Day products online.
2. Gift Cards and can be redeemed in conjunction with other deals and promotions such as ‘free postage’ or percentage off total order promotions.
3. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and any remaining value will remain as a gift card.
4. Gift Cards are the equivalent of cash. If lost or stolen, cards will not be replaced.
5. Gift Cards and are non-refundable.
6. Gift cards are not able to be topped up.
7. All Gift Cards and expire 3 years from date of issue and must be redeemed prior to, or on, the expiry date.
8. If a transaction or purchase is greater than the total value of the Gift card, the customer is responsible for paying the balance thereafter once Gift card code is entered at checkout.
9. If a transaction or purchase is of lesser value than the total value of the Gift card, the remaining balance can be used for another transaction at a later date but continues to remain within the 3 years validity period.
10. Expired Gift Cards do not retain any value. Once expiry date has been reached the value will be $0.00 in all currency, no exceptions.
11. Slay All Day reserves the right to change terms and conditions without notice.
12. Gift Cards must be presented upon checkout. Gift cards cannot be used AFTER a transaction has been completed.
13. If an order placed using a Gift card is cancelled, Slay All Day will only issue the refund within the confines of our (Slay All Day) policy and a store credit will be applied.
14. Slay All Day reserves the right to either issue a new Gift card or a unique code to the value of the agreed refund.
15. The purchaser of the Gift card is responsible for retaining receipt and informing the receiver of the terms and conditions; redirecting the receiver to view this policy or to contact Slay All Day for more information.
16. Slay All Day reserves the right to cancel transactions within our policy if we feel any fraudulent activity has been carried out at the time of Gift card purchase and or redemption.
