Can I return my order?

Can i cancel my order?

Yes.
You can cancel your order with no fees or charges. The order must be cancelled before the order is shipped. If you cancel after your order has shipped then we will refund you less the postage costs both ways.

You must send the package back unopened and affix the new return slip to it. Once we receive the package and after inspection/count of stock we will refund you the balance. E.G. Your order was $100, that is inclusive of $10 postage fee. We sent the item the next day and you contact us to cancel. Your refund will be $80 as the $10 return postage fee must be paid.

I have entered wrong address

That's ok, it happens!!

If you have misspelt or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm that with us or contact us on constactslayallday@gmail.com.
We will happily amend the address at no extra charge.

This MUST be done BEFORE the item ships. We are not responsible for incorrect address and you will need to contact persons at the located address to seek your package. No refunds will be given for incorrect delivery. 

How long until my order arrives?

Shipping times vary with different carriers and depending on your state, it can take around to 2-7 business days for your package to arrive.
Please use the tracking number to check status of shipment. We intermittently check the status of all packages we send out and do our own investigations into any delays well before the customer does. This is because we ourselves dislike delayed orders. If item has still not arrived, email us at contactslayallday@gmail.com

I have a question that isn't answered

Please send us an email to contactslayallday@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We have an influx of emails at times and may take up to 24 hours to respond. You can contact us via our social media sites too, scroll to the bottom of this page and send us a message.

 

The item in my package is broken

If you receive your order and something is broken, we will replace or refund at no extra charge.

We understand that most companies state they are not liable for any damage, however, we ourselves would be quite upset if it were us so we will rectify this without hesitation.

We ask that you send us a photo as soon as the package is open. This was we can investigate and also escalate to the shipping company we use.
We do not encourage you to filter through to check for any other damaged items, we will replace the order regardless so keep safe and just discard the contents in an appropriate manner!!!

Do you offer express shipping

Yes we do.

However this will incur an additional fee at checkout.

Please note that whilst 'Express' implies super lightning fast shipment, we are not in control of the delivery and it may in fact arrive only a day sooner than regular post.
We don’t recommend this option.

Do you offer Collab

Yes we do!

In fact we love working with minority collab partners who are just getting started in their journey to UGC or affiliation programs.

Do you offer discount for reviews

Unfortunately no.

We do not want reviews to be placed based on payment or coercion. We want raw, real reviews of our products.
Australian standards forbids misleading reviews to the public and we agree with why that is important for store and product integrity.

I am a repeat customer, can i have a discount

Of course!!!!

Do you do custom orders

Yes and No

On occasions we may offer a promotion for a custom order, but on the regular we do not.

This is due to the amount of orders we get and it would be difficult to fulfil. To keep it fair, check out our promo deals for custom scented products :)

Do you do shipping to someone else as a gift

Yes!

We encourage gifting, its part of our compassionate stance in society.
IF you are purchasing for someone else, please let us know in the shipping notes and we will even gift wrap for them... no extra charge :)

I'm not happy with my product

We want to do everything we can to rectify this. Please send us a message and we will work something out.

We will address your concerns the same way we would want ours addressed and within consumer law and store policy guidelines.

Can I add photos of my results?

We always encourage feedback to be raw and genuine. If you would like to add photos (such as before and after) please do. Be sure to keep the information strictly related to yourself and your experience.

We also recommend you water mark your photo. If you prefer, send the photo to us, with your permission we will watermark it with our logo.
